Since joining as a principal, Jason has led our facilities management operations. Under his direction, we have improved our clients’ facilities operations performance while reducing their operating costs and enhancing their buildings’ environments. Jason also provides direction to our janitorial team with respect to LEED™ compliance.

As Head of Human Resources, Karla is responsible for being a trusted advisor to employees, a strategic partner to our leadership team, and an innovator of HR initiatives driving employee engagement and retention. She is instrumental in developing, managing, and implementing initiatives that support the strategic goals and direction in HR areas including talent development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, rewards, training and development, leadership development, benefits, compensation, and performance management.

Having joined PMM in 2005, Melissa currently serves as Director of Business Development. In this role, Melissa possesses the experience and know-how to switch gears adeptly between service categories and geographies. Her versatility is evident in the many long-standing customer relationships she has nurtured and grown.

Controller

Ed is responsible for all accounting functions as Controller for the organization. He is a seasoned executive who brings a wealth of experience to his role, including cash flow forecasting, budget planning, team management, accounting, insurance, and reporting.
