Routine Cleaning Plus [RC+]
RC+ is routine cleaning enhanced with daily cleaning. In the age of COVID-19, our RC+ cleaning services are designed to clean and disinfect high-touch areas and those that are highly trafficked or have multiple uses, such as restrooms, break rooms, and conference/meeting rooms.
Occupancy Readiness Cleaning (OCR)
Occupancy Readiness Cleaning, ORC, encompasses a deep clean and disinfection of spaces and high-touch surface areas in strict compliance with guidelines and recommendations issued by the CDC, OSHA, ISSA’s GBAC, state and local governments, along with our ongoing commitment to environmental best practices with our Green Seal® certification for a healthier, greener world. Our ORC program is customized to meet your facility’s unique needs and exclusively uses EPA-registered disinfectants for use against the spread of SARS-CoV-2.

Disinfection
When it comes to office spaces, apartment and condo buildings, places of worship, schools, and retail establishments, PMM Companies disinfection specialists employ state-of-the-art technologies and equipment, like high-speed disinfection [HSD], as well as prolonged inhibitor [PI] and UV disinfection technologies to eliminate harmful infectious pathogens for a safer and healthier environment. This includes disinfecting high-touch surfaces and hard-to-reach areas, helping to prevent the spread of disease between occupants, visitors, and residents while instilling confidence that your facility is a safe space.
Effective Janitorial Equipment
Our staff has been trained in green standards, products and product implementation from the Building Wellness Institute. Color-coded micro-fiber dusting cloths and flat mops are used to collect dust and dirt. A self-contained Bucketless Mopping System dispenses cleaning fluid directly from the reservoir, and is designed to use fewer chemicals and uses only 10% of water required by conventional mopping methods. HEPA Filter Backpack vacuums are used to remove 99.9% of the dirt and allergens from flooring and surfaces. Hands-free paper towel dispensers minimize waste and prevent cross-contamination.
Basic Procedures
Our green cleaning traps and removes dirt and pollutants before they enter the building and prevent cross-contamination. In addition, particles and chemicals in the air are minimized mechanically by capturing dust and dirt, using course spray for chemicals and applying the cleaner to the cloth rather than spraying the surface to be cleaned. Vacuum bags are emptied at the end of each shift plus we focus on high touch-points such as doorknobs and fixtures.
