National Cancer Institute -- April 28, 2004
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your professional staff. The National Cancer Institute occupies most of 6116 Executive Boulevard in Rockville, Maryland. The recent cleaning of all carpet in the building was done efficiently and in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable and fair according to industry standards for this area. PMM's staff maintains the building full time, which includes certain restrictive areas that require special attention during designated time slots. This work is coordinated very well by Mr. Alvarado and Mr. Endara of your staff. All requests are responded to in a timely manner and by courteous staff. I am confident the business relationship between NCI and PMM will continue for quite some time. Thank you again.

I have been dealing with PMM Companies for three years. PMM provides janitorial and day porter services for three multi-story commercial office buildings that are part of my property management portfolio. I have been a property manager for 21 years and have never had such excellent service from a vendor, especially janitorial, a notoriously difficult area for excellence. I am pleased with the professional care and personal attention provided by officers of the company on down through area managers, supervisory staff and cleaning crew.
