PMM's Customer receives -- Best In the Industry

Liberty Property Trust received the Best In the Industry for Customer Service for the second consecutive year. PMM has provided janitorial services to Liberty Property Trust's (NYSE:LRY) tenants since 1991. The award was given by the National Real Estate Customer Service Awards Program. The program seeks to identify and recognize those companies that achieve the highest level of service in commercial real estate. An Independent research firm and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) co-sponsored the evaluation and conducted surveys of more than one million tenants nationwide. Liberty Property Trust is a leading real estate company and has approximately 51 million square feet of office and industrial properties .Through the survey process, in regard to building facilities maintenance, one of their tenants summed it up by saying, "We could never find another landlord or property manager like Liberty". That is a direct compliment to PMM Companies and our employees. PMM Companies congratulates Liberty Property Trust and are extremely pleased to be a part of their facilities maintenance team. Another one of our most valued customers, Trammell Crow Company, was awarded Building of the Year for 2002. The 400,000 square foot building, First Union Tower, in Baltimore, Maryland was entered into the category for 150,000 sq. ft. and above -- Management Team of the Year.
