CFMH Industry Partner Award, General Services Administration (GSA), 2007. Awarded to PMM for our green initiative program.
Best in the Industry for Customer Service, given by the National Real Estate Customer Service Awards Program, 2007. This award seeks to identify and recognize those companies that achieve the highest level of service in commercial real estate. PMM has provided janitorial services to Liberty Property Trust's tenants since 1991 in the building receiving this award.
BOMA Award, 2002. PMM's customer, Trammell Crow received the BOMA 2002 Building of the Year.
